Outdoor Field Soccerplexe Catalogna is home to one of Montreal's few outdoor Fieldturf playing surfaces. With this honor, we are able to offer soccer players the finest quality playing field, ideal for recreational play and sanctioned for national competition. The outdoor field measures 100yards long by 60 yards wide, meeting FIFA international size regulations. The touchlines and interior markings are all permanent, needing no extra maintenance. The field is fully lit, and has ample seating room in the stands. The playing surface creates an optimal playing ground where impact to the body is reduced, therefore leaving participants less prone to developing injuries to the ankles, knees, hips, and back. Even in the rain, the game goes on, as the field is drained by a subterranean sewer system, expelling excess water on the pitch. Because of its synthetic make-up, grip is not lost due to wet conditions. Also, the outdoor field is ready for use, as soon as the snow melts! Unlike real grass fields that require a one-month period of draining, Soccerplexe Catalogna's field will be ready for use sooner than flowers can appear!
